Wave That Flag is founded by Eric Judson, a New York native and father. We’re a locally rooted, family-oriented team dedicated to supporting safe, reliable work zones in our community and beyond. With hands-on experience across projects of all sizes and conditions, we provide dependable oversight, coordination, and planning that helps crews work efficiently while keeping safety at the forefront of everything we do.

Our team manages daily operations across multiple crews and job sites, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards while meeting all safety regulations. From estimating labor and equipment needs to assembling the right crews for each project, we take pride in planning solutions that fit the unique demands of every job.

Over the years, our founder has provided financial oversight for hundreds of completed linework builds and served as a trusted liaison between contractors and utilities. Whether coordinating day-to-day operations or supporting storm restoration efforts, we focus on clear communication, strong partnerships, and a commitment to the communities we serve.

Wave That Flag designs MUTCD Compliant temporary traffic control plans for job-sites in the State of New York. Our plans give you the exact equipment and locations on roadways, making sure every job is in accordance with NY DOT 619-307 and MUTCD guidelines.

TRAFFIC DESIGN + PLANNING

Wave That Flag provides ATSSA and DOT approved Union Flaggers to handle all aspects of work zone traffic mitigation, providing safe travel for vehicles and pedestrians, along with allowing the crews to safely concentrate on their task at hand.

CERTIFIED FLAGGING

WTF provides ATSSA and DOT approved Union Flaggers to handle all aspects of traffic planning and control. We provide safe parking solutions for your event guests and the general public. Our plans include arrowboards to alert incoming guests where they need to go, getting them off the public roads efficiently and safely. Our Flaggers then utilize the available space as effectively as possible, providing safe access for emergency vehicles while getting the most vehicles parked in the allotted space.

EVENT PARKING

UTILITY WATCH + EMERGENCY RESPONSE

Wave That Flag offers professional traffic control during all hours night and day during natural disasters. We also provide wire watchers to keep the public away from dangerous areas until a trained crew can make repairs to downed power lines, broken gas mains, damaged roadways or any other potential hazard.
